They have over 16 years of experience, over 40 different recipes and over 5000 classes they established which makes the great reputation of that place. They teach a balanced five- course menu in a group of 2 to 10 people. they don’t aim to turn us into a professional Turkish chef in just a couple of hours. They want to introduce the people to the ingredients typically used in Turkish Ottoman cuisine and to teach them how to prepare and combine these in different ways than you may be used to, all this in a fun and relaxed setting. Their classes are held in English mainly, and they can speak Turkish or Italian for private groups. Vegetarians, allergies, gluten-intolerance and other can all be accommodated, and for those interested in more than one class, they have plenty of different menus in their cooking repertoire.

They have main 4 menus which are frequently requested, but also you can specify other dishes if you are interested. The five-course menu is basically soupmezedessertmain and vegetable in olive oil.
