He has searched the original Aegean Turkish and Greek food recepies for a year. All the recipies were collected from the region and the greek islands. He and his chefs worked on recipies with greek chefs about 5 weeks. After these collective study weeks they have prepaıred magneficant and unique Mythos menu with the best selection. In Urla port he found an autentic and historical building and renewed it to open a gourmet restaurant. In a short time it became a very famous restaurant. It was an awesome regular stop for Turkish celebrities and good food lovers. On the second year of the operation regarding the demand from İstanbul, the second branch started in Haydarpasa İstanbul.In 2014 Bodrum branch started the operation
