There is no better than istanbul’s sensational weather, cool soft wind, sun shines between the clouds, sea breeze and cozy nights. there no better than the nights in istanbul though it would be amazing to try the nigh bosphorus cruises, because the city get calmer away from the traffic and insanity, let us admit it, it is a very crazy city sometimes, so maybe all we want for our relaxation is s glass of red wine on a rooftop, enjoying the breeze of the night and having a bit fun before getting to sleep.

Mikla:
A very recommended cozy bar on a rooftop in Istanbul, it is on the 15th floor of the building, it has a 360-view of Istanbul. It a rooftop terrace in Istanbul at the Marmara Pera Hotel. Rooftop pool, rooftop bar and an amazing view that you can never escape. It is a must to mention that the restaurant of the bar is a very good deal too, they serve a very creative and modern Turkish food at a very high class, which you can enjoy inside the cozy dinner room or in the open-air terrace. Milka rooftop serves a very unique great cocktails for those who aren’t in the mood for food, with standing tables which makes the perfect spot for having a good cocktail. It is really amazing to mention that you can book and stay at the Marmara Hotel once you feel like it during the night. Milka rooftop is located in our beloved Beyoğlu. You can spot the Bosphorus, Galata Tower, a part of down town and the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
Vogue:
Down road to Beşiktaş near to the amazing seashore in the area, it is a very cozy and amazing restaurant and rooftop bar in Istanbul, with the amazing view on the Bosphorus along with the delicious food dishes and the colorful cocktail menu. You can enjoy a wild wide range of food, grills, pasta or even various kinds of sushi. It has a very impressive list of local and international wines beside the tasty cocktails. I recommend to go there on the weekend because Vogue has a live DJ, which makes it very vibrant place to visit.

In Beyoğlu again about 5min away from Taksim Square in a narrow street you will find 5.Kat which a small cozy café, restaurant and a rooftop. It opened in 1993, with the amazing Bosphorus view; there is no wonder why the place is still going. You can enjoy your early Turkish breakfast, or your cozy dinner dish with its mediterrian and local food, seafood and meat. The drink itself is quite nice, it contains with well made cocktails, beers, wine, champagne, aromatic coffee, raki and more. When Turkish Seekh Kebab is mentioned in English, and as Şiş Kebap in Turkish, there is no doubt the first thing that comes to our mind is where and how these words came to these days separately without losing their meaning. The origin of these words, which has been used since the earliest times in the time tunnel, dates back to the 10th century. It has come up to the 14th century verbally and was used in writing for the first time in the 14th century. That usage was about the recipe materials and made in the Arabic language, not in the Turkish language. The Turkish meaning of these words goes like Şiş Kebap, and we'll use these two words in the text a few times, so it is essential to know where it comes from.
