wedding proposal in Istanbul

Discover-istanbul

So it is April and you are in Istanbul city with your partner having a good time, visiting different places, taking pictures beside the natural sights, and enjoying the delicious Turkish food. Although you and your partner are together all the time, you can’t stop thinking about her. Well, congratulations my friend because you are officially insane about your partner.

We know and we understand how excited you are to propose and settle down with your partner and start your small family and luckily for you, you are in Istanbul and we are here to help.

First of all, if you are not prepared to propose that means you don’t have the ring. Do not panic it is easy, you can find various designs and options of proposal rings to buy from one of the gold shops in the famous Grand Bazaar and they are absolutely beautiful and more than perfect for such an occasion.

Now for the most important part, the location.

You are literally in one of the most romantic cities in the world and you have a lot of options and a lot of locations to check. For example, you can rent a yacht for a couple of hours and propose under the Bosphorus bridge at night. Imagine that, yellow and red lights, no tour cruises or ferries around you, calm atmosphere, cool air helping you making it more romantic, all of that on a yacht in the middle of Istanbul city. All you need to do is smoothly grab her, dance to her favorite music, tell her how beautiful she looks and then propose. If you want to add more romantic stuff, you can write the big question with laser lights on the bottom of the Bosphorus bridge. She is going to say yes before you even blink …

If you are not a fan of yachts and water, do not worry we still have options for you.

You can have a classy dinner at one of the five star restaurants that is located right on the Bosphorus. start with the Turkish appetisers and then go for a fresh grilled fish. After you finish and while drinking a hot cup of Turkish tea make your best not to speak about job or global warming, just keep looking at her eyes and tell her how beautiful she looks that will make you forget about the bill you’re going to pay later…

Ask for a accompany to the balcony, grab her hands, tell her what amazing moments you spent with her and that you really want to spend the rest of your life with her, get down on your knees and ask her the big question.

We understand if you don’t want to pay a lot of money on a single night so do not worry we still have something for you.

For this option you are going to count on mother nature. Wake up early, have a delicious Turkish breakfast and hit the road toward eminonu square to take one of the ferries that go to the Princes Islands.

When you get on the big island, first thing you do is buying an ice cream for both of you, then have a little walk around the island under the worm sunlight next to the clean blue water of Marmara sea and when you finish taking pictures, take one of the carts driven by horses to get to the top of the hill. You will be amazed by the magnificent, beautiful, breathtaking view of green trees next to the white sands and blue sea water. If you keep walking, you will find a restaurant where you can have a tasty lunch of famous Turkish Kebab with season salad, finish it all and enjoy the view with a hot cup of Turkish tea. Probably you still going to have time until sunset so you need to do something romantic during this time but when the sunset starts, you are going to do your move.

Once again, grab her and smoothly rob her cheeks, it doesn’t matter if you say something romantic because she won’t be listening anyway she will be amazed by the beautiful scene. Do not worry, let mother nature do the work all you need is one smooth line to catch her attention, get on your knees but do not ask her! Tell her.

Tell her that you want to spend the rest of your life with her.
