Boğaz'ın Anadolu/Asya yakasında, Beylerbeyi İskelesi yakınında, deniz kıyısında yer almaktadır. Sultan II. Abdülhamid tarafından 1778 yılında annesi Rabia Sultan'ın anısına yaptırılmıştır. Mimar Tahir Ağa'nın eseridir.

Beylerbeyi Camii

Cami, barok tarzında ve yontma taştan inşa edilmiştir. 55 penceresi, iki minaresi olan ve sekizgen bir zemin üzerine kurulu bir yapıdır. Tek kubbesi vardır ve mihrabın önündeki alan yarım kubbe ile örtülüdür.

İç mekan, hat sanatıyla süslenmiştir. Cami, hem Osmanlı hem de Avrupa dönemine ait mozaik çini işçiliğini barındırmaktadır . Bu çerçevede cami, farklı kültürlerin bir sergisi gibidir.
