Your meeting point is in front of the Bereketzade Fountain, right next to the Galata Tower. Please meet your host there at least 15 minutes before your tour time. Your host will be holding a white flag with the Istanbul Tourist Pass® and istanbul.com logos for easy recognition.
The 25-language audio guide is provided via a link with your ticket and prepared by Istanbul Tourist Pass. It cannot be collected at the attractions.
Security checks are mandatory for all visitors, and waiting times may vary depending on crowd levels.
