About the Dolmabahce Palace

Dolmabahce Palace was built in the 19th century, and it is one of the world's most opulent palaces in history. Dolmabahce Palace was the house of the last Ottoman Sultans and served as the administrative seat during the late Ottoman period. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk stayed at the Dolmabahce Palace later on, and welcomed his many foreign visitors, and turned the palace into a center for national, historical, and linguistic congresses, as well as international conferences. Today, Dolmabahce Palace is still used for governmental meetings and international congresses.

Elegant palace with gorgeous gardens Amazing 19th century palace to visit in Istanbul, Turkey, and was the main administrative hub of the Ottoman Empire. Beautiful views and a majestic chandelier A beautiful palace with stunning gardens and a rich history inside. Located near the Bosphorus Strait, it features a magnificent chandelier that stands out as one of the highlights. Photography is not allowed inside. A place that you must visit when you are in Istanbul.
