Emirgan Sütiş

Emirgan Sutis was established in 1953. Mevlüt Kocadağ started this adventure by opening his first shop and making dessert varieties he learned from his family. He founded the first Sutis in Nişantaşı and laid the foundations of Emirgan Sutis. After Nişantaşı, Emirgan Sutis expanded with Taksim and a Bosphorus view. The brand draws attention with water buffalo and cow milk sourced from its own farm. Producing its own cheeses and breads, Emirgan Sutis uses natural products without additives and works with its 25 years of sour yeast.

Emirgan Sutis Arnavutköy is one of the stylish restaurants where you can enjoy delicious meals accompanied by Bosphorus views. With its friendly staff, you can expect tasty food in a relaxed setting. It is a suitable choice for both breakfast and dinner, and the menu includes various and healthy options. If you want a meal by the waterfront after sightseeing, this branch stands out for both its location and its dessert tradition.

Why visit emirgan sutis in Arnavutköy?

One of the main reasons to visit is the combination of food and scenery. Dining here means enjoying the Bosphorus while trying dishes, breads, cheeses, and fresh milk desserts associated with the Sutis name. The restaurant is especially appealing if you want a stylish but comfortable stop on the European shore of Istanbul.

Its Arnavutköy location also makes it easy to include in a wider day out around the Bosphorus. You can start with a walk by the water, continue with major landmarks, and return for a meal with a view. For visitors planning a scenic day, experiences such as a Bosphorus Cruise pair naturally with a stop here.

A Bosphorus day plan before dinner

You can start a day in Istanbul with a Bosphorus tour and enjoy the city from the water. A classic first stop is Ortaköy, where you can admire the shoreline and visit Ortakoy Mosque, also known as Büyük Mecidiye Mosque. The area is also known for popular street foods such as kumpir and waffles.

The next stop can be Küçüksu on the Asian side. This area has appeared in many films and gives you another perspective on the Bosphorus. If you prefer, you can also look out toward Maiden's Tower, a landmark known for its legends, distinctive architecture, and unique position in the middle of the Bosphorus.

As the tour continues, you may see Rumeli Fortress and Anadolu Kavağı. Finally, you can head to Poyrazköy to swim or enjoy the sun. It is a full day of Bosphorus views and a good way to see some of Istanbul’s best-known waterfront landscapes.

Continue with Dolmabahçe and Çamlıca

After the Bosphorus route, you can continue the day with a visit to Dolmabahce Palace. Its magnificent structure and impressive setting make it one of the city’s memorable landmarks. If you want background before your visit, you can also check the official palace resource at millisaraylar.gov.tr.

After the palace, crossing the Bosphorus Bridge to the Asian side adds another memorable Istanbul experience. From there, the road to Çamlıca Hill offers a broad city panorama. It is a pleasant place to pause, take in the skyline, and enjoy a coffee with the view before heading back for dinner.

What to eat at Emirgan Sutis

The original text highlights the restaurant’s strengths clearly: fresh dairy products, house production, natural ingredients without additives, and long-used sour yeast. These details make the desserts especially appealing, but they also support the breakfast and dinner menu. If you are visiting for the first time, fresh milk desserts are the natural thing to try at the end of your meal.

Because the venue is known for breakfast and dinner, it can fit different travel styles. Some visitors may prefer a morning meal with Bosphorus views, while others may arrive after a day of sightseeing and choose a relaxed dinner. In either case, the waterfront atmosphere is part of the experience.

Practical note before you go

Emirgan Sutis is best thought of as a scenic dining stop in Arnavutköy, especially if you are already exploring the Bosphorus line. Menu items, availability, and branch details can change over time, so it is a good idea to check the official brand channels before visiting. For travelers researching the wider district and Bosphorus area, the overview on GoTürkiye may also be useful.

At the end of the day, Emirgan Sutis is a fitting choice for a delicious meal in Istanbul. You can enjoy flavorful food, try fresh milk desserts, and relax with one of the city’s most pleasant Bosphorus views.
