Très bien Point de rdv facile à trouver Nous avons effectué la visite avec le guide Salah Très gentil et passionné par son métier Il explique très bien très compréhensible avec des petites notes d’humour La visite s’est très bien déroulée avec des anecdotes sur l’histoire qu’on aurait sans doute pas eu en audioguide. La visite s’est faite en anglais. Merci à Salah pour la super visite Le palais quant à lui est immense comptez à minima 4h si vous souhaitez tout voir, voir même une journée entière pour tout faire tranquillement tout en sachant qu’il faut privilégier le matin car l’après midi c’est très vite prisé et des queues se forment afin de pouvoir découvrir certains espace. Le seul conseil que je peux vous donner c’est de prendre l’option guide car c’était super !! Merci encore à Salah

My wife and I had a great experience with our guided, English speaking tour. The tour lasts about 90 minutes, after which you can spend as much time in the palace on your own as you’d like. Pro tip 1 - the meeting place for this tour is at the entrance to the carpet museum, right outside the outer gate of Topkapi palace, about 5-10 minutes before your tour time. Pro tip 2 - the e ticket you get from TripAdvisor will not be able to be scanned at the second gate of the Topkapi palace. Your tour guide has your actual tickets. So don’t try to get into the palace early! Wait at the carpet museum for your tour guide :)

The topkapi palace guided tour with Akın was the right pace for us - interesting and not too heavy and we were then free to explore the individual sections and find his suggested highlight areas around the Palace. Going with him also meant we were fast tracks and could avoid the ticket office queue. It turned out there were just 8 of us in our group at 1200 which was perfect. There were some huge groups going around off of cruise ships.

Thanks to our guide Fatih, a very knowledgeable guide, the tour is long but very informative, if you want to find out a lot of information a tour with Fatih is a must-do. A friendly guy, takes really good care of the group, willing to answer questions, we did enjoy the tour and do recommend it! The pass is good value for money if you use it to the fullest, see as much as you can each day and it is worth it.
