Dragon Restaurant - Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus


Dragon Girne, which was first opened in Cyprus in 1980, was one of the first restaurants serving Cantonese, Szechuan and Indochine cuisines. Then, in November 1987, after one year of menu planning and the importation of specially designed decoration pieces in Taipei, it was opened in Istanbul, Istanbul, at the time, the newly built congress center. True to its traditions and family-oriented history, Dragon Istanbul's interior design was designed by Cheung Yiu Fung, a beloved member of the Dragon family, in Taipei. The timeless design of our restaurant is still visible when we step into the double winged door of Dragon Istanbul.
