Full Description

This is an action-packed full-day tour where you will experience:

- A bus tour around the Golden Horn: The Golden Horn was the first area colonised by the Byzantines and was the heart of the old city of Constantinople. From the bus, see the areas of Balat and Fener where many Jewish and other non-Muslim minorities were re-settled during the Ottoman period. You'll also notice the cast-iron Bulgarian Orthodox church of St Stephen, the Jewish Hospital, Fener Orthodox Patriarchate and the Byzantine City Walls which stretch on for 22 kilometres and were once the city's strongest fortification.

- The Spice Bazaar: Breathe in the delicious aromas and see all the fresh produce including fruit, vegetables, fish and flowers.

- A Bosphorus Cruise: The Bosphorus Strait is a natural body of water that separates the continents of Asia and Europe and provides a beautiful view of both parts of the city. Take a seat on our boat and get your camera ready for the best view of Istanbul's landmarks from the sea! Admire the marble facade of Dolmabahce Palace and see the ancient wooden Ottoman villas, expensive residential areas, luxurious hotels and Rumeli Hisari Fortress (from the boat only, no interior visit).

- An authentic lunch at a local Turkish restaurant.

- A visit to Dolmabahce Palace: Dolmabahce Palace was the final residence of the Ottoman Dynasty. It was built by two Armenian architects, Karabet and Nikogos Balyan, and was heavily influenced by European architecture and design. On your visit, you will see many precious antique collections, luxurious furnishings and even a huge chandelier that weighs 4.5 tons! It is an extravagant palace with 285 rooms and 46 halls.

- Camlica Hill: Take a ride across the Bosphorus Bridge that connects the continents of Europe and Asia. We'll drive you to Camlıca, one of seven hills of Istanbul. From here, you will get a panoramic view of both sides of Istanbul and the beautiful Bosphorus Strait that flows between the two. It's a must-see!

There was just one negative thing during the tour. When i look at the scenery from camlica mountain i saw lot of skyscrapers. The black points of Istambul.
